Cardi B & Her Sister Sued For Beach Altercation with A Group Displaying Trump Flag
Cardi B, her sister, Hennessy Carolina Almanzar, and her partner, Michelle Diaz, have been sued. A lawsuit have been filed under their names for causing for beach altercations this month. They have been accused of assaulting, battering, threatening, and bullying a group of people near the New York beach.
The people were driving a vehicle that hoisted a flag with President Donald Trump’s name. One of the people was also wearing MAGA hat. MAGA is short for ‘Make America Great Again’, the slogan used for Trump’s campaign. Cardi B and her accomplices are also charged for defaming the people on social media.
The names of the plaintiffs are Manuel Alacron, peter Caliendo, and Pauline Caliendo. They have charged Cardi B, her sister and her partner for allegedly using obscenity and violent threats at them. The incident occurred at the parking at Smith Point Beach on Long Island.
The plaintiffs have also accused the trio for allegedly exposing them, intentionally, to coronavirus by copious spraying of spittle. The suit reads that Carolina should have known that such act during the time of coronavirus can expose the plaintiffs to COVID-19.
