It is a great news for ‘Parks and Recreation’ fans as the cast member are reuniting for a great cause. The hit NBC sitcom members will come together for the very special ‘town hall’ event that is being organized for Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
The stars who have confirmed their support are Amy Poehler, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Jim O’Heir, Adam Scott, and Retta. The creator of the show, Michael Schur will also join the event. It has been confirmed that apart from the names mentioned, there will be a bunch of guests stars as well.
The event will stream live on September, 17 and people will have to pay a certain sum to watch it. The fund collected will be used as donation. The event is being sponsored by the Wisconsin Democratic Party. They are also sponsoring the reunion of another hit movie, ‘The Princess Bride’. It is so because the state is one of the crucial regions for the upcoming Biden vs Trump election.
This is not the first time when the show is reuniting for a good cause. Earlier this year, the members had once again came forward to raise fund for ‘Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund’. They appeared on a special episode that was cast on NBC.
